Ordering

How do I order wholesale?

Great question. We have everything out in the open and we don't distinguish between wholesale and retail customers -- our prices are as low as possible. However, we have quantity discounts listed on the item detail pages (in pink!) for up to 144 (1 gross). Please select the 144 pack for wholesale pricing. The quantity discounts look like this:

For significantly larger quantities than 144, please contact orders@lotsofbuttons.com for possible volume discounts, which are enabled by ordering directly from the button factory.

What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment via Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Paypal/Wepay.

Do you offer wholesale prices lower for larger quantities than 144?

What's the difference between Quantity and Amount?

We offer significant discounts for ordering in bulk, and the price is reflected in the Quantity option. The Amount is how many times you want the product in that Quantity. For example, if you wanted 24 buttons, you would select "12 pack" for the Quantity, and enter 2 in the Amount. Or, you can select "36 pack" for the Quantity, and leave the Amount at 1 (It doesn't cost much more for 12 buttons since the discount becomes more!) If you would like to order in even larger wholesale amounts, please contact us at orders@lotsofbuttons.com for a price list.

What are "L" sizes?

"L" stands for ligne, which is the industry standard for measuring the diameter of buttons and a French word meaning "line". You can view a conversion chart here: Lots of Buttons Size Chart.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the world! Shipping is free for all orders over $15. We're committed to free shipping as thank you for coming to our website.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on where you are. If you're in a large city, chances are it will take around 7-10 days, and if you're in a more pristine location, it might take as long as 21 days.

How do I receive free shipping?

Spend $15 or more and you will automatically receive free shipping. Free shipping is calculated after any applicable coupons and discounts. Minimum amount subject to change if we need to balance our costs, but we will try our best to keep it at that amount.
